Ambassador Terms of Service

1. Engagement

The Company hereby engages the Ambassador as a brand ambassador for Kinfolk Studio, and the Ambassador accepts such engagement, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Promote Kinfolk Studio products through their social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create and share a minimum (But not limited to) 3 posts per month, including photos, videos, and stories, featuring Kinfolk Studio products.
• Use specific hashtags provided by the Company (#KinfolkStudio, #ShopSuffolk, #SmallBusinessUK etc.).
• Tag the Company’s official social media profiles in all posts containing Kinfolk Studio products.
• Attend and participate in any promotional events organised by the Company, if applicable.

3. Term

This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a period of a 3 month, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After the 3 months is up, the contract will role month to month until reviewed.

4. Compensation

The Company agrees to provide the Ambassador with the following compensation:

A 10% commission on sales that are tracked through the affiliated link. These will be paid out on the last day of the month, or closest working day before it.

A unique discount code of 40% specific for the Ambassador to use for their own purchases. This should not be shared.

A unique discount code for the Ambassador’s followers to use, providing them with 10% off their purchase.

5. Confidentiality

The Ambassador agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other confidential information of the Company disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by the Ambassador for the promotion of Kinfolk Studio products will be the property of the Company. The Company has the right to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish any of the content created by the Ambassador.

7. Compliance with Laws and Guidelines

The Ambassador agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to advertising and marketing laws. The Ambassador also agrees to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the social media platforms used for promotion.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Ambassador agrees to return all Company property and cease all promotional activities on behalf of the Company.

9. Independent Contractor

The Ambassador acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. The Ambassador will not be entitled to any benefits or compensation other than as set forth in this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
