Workshop Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payment
All Craft & Calm workshops must be booked in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All workshops are leisure activities scheduled for a specific date and time.

Cooling-Off Period Exemption
Due to the workshop being a leisure activity provided on a specific date and time, bookings are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Customer Cancellations & Refunds
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, refunds will not be offered under any circumstances. This includes cancellations made after booking and failure to attend the workshop.

Rebooking & Transfers
If you can no longer attend your booked workshop, you may request to transfer your booking to an alternative workshop date, subject to availability, provided we receive notice at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop. Bookings may be transferred once only unless otherwise agreed. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in advance. Any transferred or rebooked places retain the original booking value and do not reset eligibility for future changes.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your workshop and have not notified us in advance, your booking will be forfeited and no refund, transfer, or credit will be issued.

Cancellations or Changes by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including low attendance, illness, or events beyond our control, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future workshop date. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation.

Workshop Experience
Our workshops are designed to be relaxed, enjoyable, and suitable for beginners unless stated otherwise. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may miss important guidance and sessions cannot be extended. All materials provided during the workshop remain the property of the studio unless explicitly stated.

Health, Safety & Liability
Participants attend workshops at their own risk. You must inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements so we can do our best to accommodate you. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during workshops.

Photography & Marketing
From time to time, photographs or short videos may be taken during workshops for marketing and promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please inform a member of the team on the day.

Gift Vouchers & Workshop Credits
Gift vouchers and workshop credits are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within their stated validity period. They may be transferred to another person but retain their original expiry date.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
